For New Clients:

  1. Schedule a consultation for any chemical service, such as highlights, smoothing treatments, or all-over colors. Please remember to book this in advance of your desired appointment date.

  2. You will be asked to complete an intake form when you book as a new client. This will assist us in gaining a clearer understanding of your hair history and specific needs.

  3. Once you schedule your appointment, we will send a confirmation message to the provided number, along with a reminder 24 hours prior. If you need to reschedule and wish to avoid fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, you may incur a charge of 50%-100% of the service cost.

    • Leave-in product with heat protectants

    • Blow dry spray or lotion

    • Smoothing serum or oil

  • This response might not be straightforward due to two main factors. Different hair types like wavy and fine straight hair have unique requirements. Consider whether you highlight or color your hair, as each will require specific products to maintain its beauty and health.

  • It depends on various factors, with personal preference being the most significant one. Consider how much your hair growth bothers you and the type of service you desire. For example, if you have dark hair and want to go blonde, it's recommended to wait no longer than 4-6 weeks in between appointments. Here are the typical intervals for different services:

    • Color retouch with 2" or less of grow-out: 4-8 weeks

    • Highlights: 8-12 weeks

    • Grey blending: 6-10 weeks
