What Shampoo and Conditioner should I use?

This response might not be straightforward due to two main factors. Different hair types like wavy and fine straight hair have unique requirements. Consider whether you highlight or color your hair, as each will require specific products to maintain its beauty and health.

How to style my hair at home and make it look the same as you do?

In my hair styling routine, the products and tools I rely on are essential. Here are the three key items I always use for a blowout style:

  • Leave-in product with heat protectants

  • Blow dry spray or lotion

  • Smoothing serum or oil

How often should I come in?

It depends on various factors, with personal preference being the most significant one. Consider how much your hair growth bothers you and the type of service you desire.

For example, if you have dark hair and want to go blonde, it's recommended to wait no longer than 4-6 weeks between appointments.

Here are the typical intervals for different services:

  • Color retouch with 2" or less of grow-out: 4-8 weeks

  • Highlights: 8-12 weeks

  • Grey blending: 6-10 weeks

What I do NOT offer?

There are a few things that are services that I don’t offer. Mens cuts, perms, same day transformations (dark to light), tape in reins’s work (consultation required).

Cancellation / no-show Policy:

24-hour notice is required, or a fee of up to 75% of the service may be charged. For no-shows, the full amount of the missed appointment will be expected.

Service Guarantee:

I do provide a service guarantee. While I do not offer refunds, if you inform me within 48 hours of any dissatisfaction, we can work together to find a solution that meets your expectations.

Late Policy:

This depends on the situation. If you inform me about your expected arrival time, I can determine if it will still work. Generally, we would need to reschedule if you're more than 15 minutes late. A fee might be applicable, depending on the specific circumstances.

Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

Before arriving for a color service or blowout? Absolutely, yes! It's important to come in with clean hair. While the old belief suggested that dirty hair helps the color adhere better, this is a myth. Arriving with unwashed hair can lead to complications, particularly with lightening services and blowouts!

What is your Return Policy?

Customers can return eligible items within 14 days of their purchase for a full refund, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.
